Why doesn't anyone respond about registering a used MS906BT?

     I bought this used and it will not let me register it on the website and when I call no one answers. I need to update it and show ownership but Autel hasnt responded to e-mail, chat, phone calls and here on the forum. Was it a mistake buying this thing?

    Under the support icon if there is an email associated with the device contact them.
    That is how I was able to register my used ms908 on to my account. The device has to
    be removed from the existing account before you can register and renew the updates.
    Otherwise you device will only be useful with the currently installed updates.
